Technology accelerates the opportunity for HR effectiveness. Proper choice, implementation, and execution of a technology that supports HR strategy, tactics and administration does much more than speed and synthesize activities for efficiency’s sake; it creates the bridge that moves HR from the “backroom” (the preserve of staff functions) to the Board Room…where strategic decisions are made.
